One thing on comops.eu touches your data: the demo request form. This page describes what happens to what you send through it.
Who we are
The controller of the personal data described on this page is СЕРВБГ ООД (SERVBG Ltd.), a company registered in Bulgaria under EIK 200905066, at 1233 Sofia, Bulgaria. ComOps is our product. Write to privacy@servbg.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
If you fill in the demo request form, we record what you type (your name, company, email address and message), plus the country field if you fill it in, and the IP address the submission came from. We do not collect anything from you if you simply browse the site without submitting that form.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your request and set up a demo, and a copy of the submission is emailed to the person at ComOps who follows up on demo requests, so a human sees it quickly. The IP address serves a narrower purpose: it lets us limit how many submissions one source can make per hour, so the form cannot be used to send spam through our own mail system. If the notification email fails to send for any reason, the logged copy is still there, so nothing is lost. We never use what you send for marketing and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
The request log is rotated once a month; each month's entries are archived and kept for up to 12 months from when they were written, after which they are deleted automatically. We do not keep demo request data indefinitely.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from any third-party domain: everything you load here, including the styling and the one script that runs, comes from our own server. There is nothing here to opt out of.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@servbg.com, give the name and email address you used and say what you would like us to do, and we will act on it directly. The demo form works for the same purpose if that is easier: send the same details and put the request in the message.
