Company operations platform
Sales, purchasing, stock, cash and compliance in a single self-hosted platform, with the European fiscal rules built into the core.
Invoices in one program, stock in a spreadsheet, payments in the bank portal, and the VAT rules living in your accountant's head. Nothing reconciles itself, and every month-end is rebuilt by hand.
What it does
ComOps covers the operational spine of a trading or service company: every document connects to the next, and every movement leaves a trace.
From a quotation to a paid invoice without re-typing anything.
Purchasing that matches what actually arrived against what you were billed.
Know what you have, what it cost, and what is already promised.
Receivables you can work from directly, with payments allocated against invoices.
A checklist for month-end, and the period locked once you are done.
The fiscal rules sit in the engine and decide what a document may be.
Who may do what, who approved it, and what is waiting on whom.
The six areas above do not cover everything. Every line below is a module that ships today.
Most systems treat compliance as a report you produce at the end. In ComOps it decides what a document is allowed to be.
Rate schedules are effective-dated per country and supply type, so a document issued for January uses January's rates. Tax classes carry the legal basis text that has to appear on the document. Read how a rate is decided from the document date.
Credit, debit, storno and late-interest notes are first-class documents with their own numbering series and a full lineage back to the invoice they correct. Closed periods lock. Read how a correction points back at its invoice.
Every business event is appended to a hash-chained log that is verified on a schedule. Changing history breaks the chain, and the system says so.
Invoices, credit notes and debit notes are generated as EN 16931-compliant UBL 2.1 in the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 profile, with the tax categories mapped for you. Read how EN 16931 e-invoices are generated.
Implements EN 16931:2017 · Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (UBL 2.1) · Directive 2011/7/EU · ЗДДС · ТЗ чл. 309а · ПМС 426/2014
An operations system holds the numbers a company answers for. This one can check those numbers itself, on demand.
